GRC Executive Summit '09,
Program Session & Track Summary:

GRC Executive Summit '09 will execute many informative program sessions that are made up of seven key executive program tracks. Program tracks and sessions are tailored for Board of Directors and Audit Committees (BODAC1), Chief Executive & Financial Officers (CECFO2), Chief Information Officers/Chief Information Security Officers (CIOCSO3), Chief Legal Officers/Chief Compliance Officers (CLOCCO4), Chief Audit Executives/Chief Risk Officers (CAECRO5), Chief Operations Officers/Chief Quality Officers (COCQAO06), Business Finance and Economic Officers (BFE07).  Executives and attendees can earn up to eighteen CPE credits for attending GRC Executive Summit '09.
Qualified attendees will earn 1 CPE credit for each 50 minute session (track or general) that he/she attends.  Each attendee will be given a CPE credit certificate outlining the session title, speaker, and presentation format.  CPE Certificates will be given for the following designations, CPA, CISA, CIA, CISSP and CFE and will conform to their issuing authority guidelines for CPE claims.

GRC Summit, LLC is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors.  State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit.  Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be addressed to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors, 150 Fourth Avenue North, Suite 700, Nashville, TN, 37219-2417.  Web site: www.nasba.org.
