Substitutions may be made at any time. If you are unable to attend, please make cancellations in writing and fax to 1-713-988-8679 prior to December 29, 2008. A refund will be issued to you for the full amount paid, less a 15% administrative fee. Registrants who cancel after December 29, 2008, will not be eligible to receive a refund and are liable for the entire registration fees.
The GRC Executive Summit '09, reserves the right to cancel any event it deems necessary. In the unlikely event of cancellation of the Summit, The GRC Executive Summit '09 liability is limited to paid registration fees only; The GRC Executive Summit '09 will not assume any further liability for incidental costs including (but not limited to) hotel, transportation and air fare. The GRC Executive Summit '09 also reserves the right to change the date, location, and content for event(s) offered herein without further notice and assumes no liability for such changes.
