 The Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) Executive Summit '09 was organized to further the efforts of increased shareholder and investor confidence in public and private corporations. Furthermore, the organization is aware of the need to define the concept of Corporate Governance, Enterprise Risk, and Compliance in today’s business communities, as well as to provide companies with sufficient information and education to achieve and implement effective Corporate Governance strategies.
The organization is comprised of Chief Audit Executives, Enterprise Risk Managers, Audit Committee Members, Information Management Executives, with many years of experience in helping companies implement good governance. Our approach to being successful in our mission is simple and involves bringing together business and information technology executives to develop an integrated GRC strategy. It is our belief that effective Corporate Governance involves collaboration of all company officers across all business units. We bring together:
